Congratulations! You
made a great decision booking your music with IGMC.
In accordance with our plan of doing a fabulous job
for
you, we ask that you complete the following “Music
Prep Form” to assist us in customizing the
music for your event and running your day smoothly.
Please
fill out the form completely, including any special
details, and make sure that we have
everything, via mail, 12 weeks before your
event. After we receive your materials, please allow
4-8 weeks for the review of these materials
with
your band. You will be called between 1-2 weeks
prior to your event either by an IGMC representative
or one of the musicians that you hired to go
over details. PLEASE NOTE: We do FINALS w/BAND
LEADER 2-3 days before the wedding! THIS IS
STANDARD PROCEDURE!
We
CANNOT accept instructions over the phone or in personal
meetings. Please provide
all
of your instructions and special song requests for
your party IN WRITING, on the provided forms,
along with any of your attachments. Please
note if you are attaching separate documents such
as sheet music, CD’s, directions etc.

THE FORM ATTACHED for your requests.
If you have any song requests that are
not in your band’s repertoire,
we can accept a maximum of 3 new songs per event (this includes ceremony
requests) and ask that you be prepared to:
Provide
the sheet music and CD or tape. Sheet music can be
purchased at any Sam Goodies,
www.sheetmusicplus.com, www.harmony-central.com/guitar/tab.html for guitar
parts or http://members.arms.chello.nl/g.de.blaauw/lyrics6070.html for
60’s and 70’s.
Please
remember that we have a minimum break time of 10
minutes per hour and that performance
times will never be exact. (See contract).
